How do I apply as a to an Artspark Production event?

All vendor applications are handled through Eventeny.
Choose your event, click “Apply,” and complete the vendor form.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once submitted. No one from ArtSpark Productions will ever contact you or post on social media to contact them for booth space. 

Are your events juried?

Yes. All applications are reviewed to ensure quality, category balance, and a strong mix of artisans, makers, boutiques and food vendors. We do limit the number of categories of art for each show so that there is a wide variety of items for our patrons to choose from.

What types of vendors do you accept?

We welcome handmade visual art, natural craft, boutiques, bakers, authors, beadwork & jewelry, candle/soap , pottery, ceramics, clay, glass, leather, wood, print making, textiles, food & beverage vendors, and more.
Each event may have slightly different category limits.

What booth sizes are available?
Most events offer:
• 10×10 outdoor booths
• 8×8 indoor booths
• Table‑only spaces for small vendors
Booth options vary by event.

Is electricity available?

Limited electricity is available at select events.
You must request it through your Eventeny application.
Spaces with electricity are assigned on a first‑come basis.

What are the load‑in and setup times?

Load‑in instructions are posted on each event’s page.
Typical load‑in windows:

• Evening before the event
• Morning of the event
Volunteers will be onsite to assist.

What is your refund policy?

Refund policies are listed on each Eventeny application.
Most events are non‑refundable after acceptance due to planning and venue commitments.

Are your events rain or shine?

Yes — all outdoor events are rain or shine.
Indoor events proceed regardless of weather.

Is WiFi available?

WiFi availability varies by venue.

Can I share a booth with another vendor?

Shared booths are allowed only if approved in advance.
Both vendors must apply on one application and be accepted. 

There is no extra charge!

Do you allow direct sales or MLM vendors?

No. ArtSpark events are curated for makers, artisans, and boutiques.
